ASHNET was founded in 2001 with a simple goal: to improve internet access across New Zealand. Over the years we have grown from serving local communities to securing major contracts with institutions like the Ministry of Education, and expanding our services into Australia. Our focus remains the same – reliable, innovative internet, cloud and voice solutions tailored to modern homes and businesses.
Our mission – every Kiwi, from the cities to the most remote parts of Aotearoa, should have access to quality, affordable internet that enhances their lives and opportunities. Our services range from ultra-fast fibre and Hyperfibre to web hosting, VoIP and Cloud PBX, Microsoft 365, cloud servers and storage, and IT support.
Our values – integrity, diversity and community. We believe the internet should be safe and accessible to everyone, which is why every plan includes a free internet filter and why we work with schools and families to protect children online.
